The hotel had a sturdy roof and I didn't encounter any creepy crawlies or yucky bugs during my stay - phew! The receptionist was super friendly and gave awesome tips on parking. The duplex room was mind-blowing for families, with two sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and a jaw-dropping terrace for those summer evenings. The location was so central and easy to find, making it a breeze to meet up with friends in town. The hotel manager was incredibly kind and spoke great English. The rooms at the back of the hotel were impressively insulated from the noise of the busy street. I was blown away by how clean everything was, no complaints there. Plus, the nearby abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to public transportation made our stay even more super convenient. The cherry on top? They had Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a lift, and allowed pets while keeping the whole place smoke-free. a seriously awesome experience!

Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was commendable, with ramps and handrails conveniently placed throughout the premises, making it easy and safe for seniors to navigate.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have a more attentive staff. Occasionally, the children working there seemed overwhelmed or unsure of how to assist guests promptly.
